LOSURS Inc. has been incorporated in the province of Saskatchewan as a Non-Profit Corporation since September 2003. We have an elected Board of Directors consisting of six members serving two-year terms. Our bylaws and policies are available online, and we are also governed by the Saskatchewan Non-Profit Corporations Act of 1995. We hold an annual general meeting (AGM) to discuss corporate business and elect new directors, and may also hold other special membership meetings throughout the year.
